Visit the beautiful Penrose Water Gardens - Cornwall's hidden Gem!

Welcome to Penrose Water Gardens, one of Cornwall's loveliest days out and until now also one of Cornwall's best kept secrets. Established for over forty years it is set within a beautiful woodland valley two and a half miles from Truro, in the centre of Cornwall.

Admission is free to the gardens and includes free car parking.

The tearooms are easily accessible as the entrance is all on the level to the car park.  You can also gain easy access to the large veranda overlooking the water lily ponds and we also have a wheelchair on site for use by our customers.

The pathways between the ponds are grassed and many are narrow.
It can be damp under foot so it is advisable to wear wellington boots or appropriate footwear.

We welcome children but advise you that children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  We have an enclosed play area at the back of the tearooms.

We operate a no smoking policy throughout the grounds.

Dogs are welcome in the Gardens on a lead and well-behaved dogs are welcome inside.
